Do I need to sign a contract to use ViaTalk Mobile?

ViaTalk Mobile can be used with any existing ViaTalk account, and will not produce any additional costs to your current ViaTalk plan (data rates from your mobile carrier may apply).

What does ViaTalk Mobile cost?

Do I have to make any changes to my current ViaTalk plan?

No. ViaTalk Mobile will simply provide you with the convenience of controlling your current ViaTalk phone service through your iPhone. You can now listen to your voicemail, view your call logs, instantly return calls through your iPhone, and control features such as Routing, Simultaneous Ring, Forwarding, Caller ID, and Call Hunt.

Can I make phone calls with ViaTalk Mobile?

ViaTalk Mobile currently does not allow for VoIP calls through your iPhone. However, while viewing your ViaTalk call logs, you will be able to instantly return phone calls using your current mobile phone plan.

How do I download ViaTalk Mobile?

Where do I obtain the Password needed to log in to my ViaTalk Mobile account?

The password to access your ViaTalk Mobile account is the same password that you currently use to access your ViaTalk online Control Panel.

I've forgotten my password. How do I get it back?

You can reset your password using your device or by visiting ViaTalk.com and clicking on the “My Account” button located in the upper right hand corner. Next, simply click the “Lost Your Password?” link. Enter your email address on file with ViaTalk, and we will email you your password. You may also contact support at 1-866-626-7150 and ViaTalk support will be happy to assist you.
